Verse 43 •••• Great Compassion Mantra

43.

suō là suō

Quan Yin Pusa appearing as PutuoShan (prominent respond)
譯:「娑囉」為堅固之意;
The meaning of “Suo La” is to be firm and stable. (Resolute)
“Suo La Suo La” means not only being firm and stable, but to continue in such a manner from the beginning to the end. Forever and everlasting.
Explaination: This phrase is saying for those practicing the Dharma who wishes to achieve the high level;
Must view form as illusion, to vow to practice in such a manner;
Using a fortitude heart (with endurance and resilience), single heartedly practicing the Dharma, stable and firm and never wavering;
Only then, in this turbid and evil world, not be moved by form;
Escaping from living, dying, pain and suffering, obtaining (with proof) the karma of peace and tranquility.
If our determination is not strong enough, our perseverance is not long enough;
Without a good understanding of the logic, without a sincere inner principle;
Going forward and backward; sometimes moving and sometimes stopping:
Desiring to move forward but also moving backward;
Baseless (without a solid guiding principle) and not real, dazzled and not stable;
Will not be able to achieve the objective of practicing the Dharma.
Therefore, those practicing the Dharma, must have a persistent and untiring willpower, only then can demonstrate the firm and stable Dharma.
Firm and stable (resolute) are two words which must not be neglected by all practitioner.
